Water Sewer taps for new construction of residential homes, the costs for a water and sewer tap is $1,200.00. ($600.00 for Water tap, $600.00 for Sewer tap and $50.00 for Inspection fees)

for new service connections is $130.00 and a $15.00 Administration Fee
is required for all Service Connection. Total Payment at beginning of
